Our four standard CoreBuild™ designs start from £13,500 + VAT for the 3 × 3m Compact Escape, up to £27,000 + VAT for the 6 × 3m Multi-Purpose Retreat, fully installed. You get a fixed quote after a free site survey. See our price guide.
Do I need planning permission?
Most garden rooms are built under permitted development, so they don’t need planning permission, provided they meet the size, height and position rules. We check your plot at the site survey. Read our planning guide.
How long does a build take?

Can I use it all year round?
Yes. Every room is fully insulated in the walls, roof and floor, with a 2kW smart heater included, so it stays comfortable in winter and summer. How insulation and heating work.
